·       Spellings will be updated

 

 

·       My own diary ideas including pictures and captions

 

 

·       Work related to our topic each term (research – Grace Darling, children’s authors, 1953 Coronation)

 

 

·       Make own Coronation book

 

 

 

·       Art work – observational drawings and paintings – plants, trees, birds,

 

 

·       Mathematics – practical maths including weighing/cooking, measuring in grams and kilograms, measuring using rulers cm and tape measures to measure in metres and cms, capacity using litres.

 

 

·       Look different packaging including bottles of lemonade, squash, packets of tea etc. to find weights

 

 

·       Shape hunt – look for 2D and 3D shapes around the house
